Every couple of weeks we hope to give you a sneak peak at upcoming changes we’re making to our website.
In our first edition our user interface team would like to give you a sneak peak at some exciting changes we’re making to our bidding process.
Launching in January 2011, uBid.com rolls out a new phase in its bidding technology. No longer will you be required to provide a credit card before bidding. Simply use your existing account or create a new one. After you’ve won the auction an invoice will be emailed to your email address containing payment instructions. Pay for your winnings and your order will be shipped to your doorstep.
Along with the exciting changes we’re making to our bidding process we’ve also redesigned the bidding pages on uBid.com. We’ve simplified the process to make it easier for you to bid so you don’t miss out on that last minute steal.
